TCMLncDB is the first multidimensional interaction database focusing on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and long non-coding RNAs (LncRNAs) in Cancer research. It pioneers a "Cancer-TCM-LncRNA" three-dimensional interactive network navigation module, enabling intuitive exploration of complex relationships among nodes in the network. By integrating experimentally validated TCM perturbation expression profiles from the GEO database (Gene Expression Omnibus), TCMLncDB significantly enhances the biological interpretability of regulatory networks. It provides a comprehensive, one-stop solution to uncover the key mechanisms by which TCM modulates tumor malignant progression through LncRNA regulatory networks.
